I'm really, really glad you like it.
Actually I'm not quite satisfied by this painting. I dunno why. Maybe the colors (and the jpeg conversion also over-enhanced the blue dominant..) or the pose.
It was an anatomy exercise I did straight from memory, without reference but maybe without ideas too ... or maybe I simply need to look at something else for a few days.

Very cool work. Lovely colours and brushstrokes. I really like how you have used blue tones for the shadows aswell, makes the image more lively which is very nice.

Nice wok. I think the left shoulder/arm area could use a bit more work. Looks a bit too round and flat.

mmm...I think u right purplerose, I'm sure you can find also a lot of 'spare' muscle here and there I really suck in anatomy but I'm workin' on.
